I like that they have an easy to use control panel. The support team is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. It's not always clear to me what the difference between their different plans are. For example, do you get more storage space with the "Pro" plan? Do you get more features with the "Business" plan? It can be confusing at first. I've been able to host multiple websites with them for years now without any problems. They provide excellent customer service and support. They also offer several other services such as domain management and email hosting.
