These scissors are only for trimming the eyebrows. The packaging states that these are cosmetic accessories, not scissors for sewing and/or embroidery. The blades of the scissors do not match exactly and do not cut easily. The thread simply gets caught between the blade and breaks or just gets caught. They may look like branded scissors that rhyme with Hula Mink, but as stated on the packaging, these are beauty scissors. Disappointed that the seller chose to list and sell the product for an unintended or acceptable purpose. The fact that the seller left them in clearly marked beauty scissors just makes me shake my head.
