Heavy non-stick coating with high heat absorption
frying pans are light, very stable and really non-stick coated. However, they are quite heavy which makes them difficult to wash etc. Due to their high heat absorption capacity, food cooks faster. One of my pans turned yellow after heating it in mustard oil :(
