Heater Stopped Working After 5 Months

Purchased this to help with providing additional heat in our basement. After 5 months of infrequent use, the filament on the heating coil broke and the unit no longer produces heat.Communication attempts with the seller have gone unanswered.

Warmth that doesn't dry out the air, preserving a comfortable living environment

Cons

Can emit an unpleasant odor when first turned on
