Pretty strong magnet!
Used them for a bachelor party. I wanted to somehow label the stemless flutes in a way that's cute and not forever. Those were the answers! The magnet is strong enough to stay firmly in the jar. I love all colors too! There were a few that were too closely shaded, but they were enough that we didn't have to use them all. As a side note, after the party was over, my girls used a pair as "earrings"! The magnet is strong enough to pierce her tiny earlobes. (Don't worry, they're old enough not to choke).
