Review on Ursteel by Robert Mulrooney

As a debater, I have to tell the truth about Ursteel, a clothing store that markets to women who are interested in fashion. Despite the visually spectacular exhibition of the newest jewelry, shoe, and clothing trends on their website, this is far from the case in reality. First off, unlike what they state, their selection is not unmatched. In fact, I thought their collection was quite little and old. The craftsmanship was at best average, and the designs lacked originality. The apparel did not resemble the website's photographs, and the shoes were uncomfortable and of low quality. They provide poor customer service. I didn't find the staff to be friendly or eager to help me with my purchase. I expressed my concerns to them, but I never heard back, which disappointed and irritated me. The ordering procedure was not as simple as they make it out to be. The website, in my opinion, is complicated and challenging to use. The things arrived in horrible condition and with slow shipping. Ursteel is overrated and disappointing, to sum it up. They advertise that they serve the fashion-conscious woman, but in practice their variety is small and the quality is subpar. Their ordering process is not as simple as they advertise, and their customer service is poor. Spend less money and purchase your clothing necessities elsewhere. The hype is unjustified for Ursteel.
