Review on Cuisinart PM 1 Pastafecto Pasta Bread by Gerardo Cibrian

Okay I'm half Italian and a bit lazy so I chose my first pasta maker. Great pasta, easy. If you can figure out which key to press! I'm a technical writer by trade and the manual does NOT tell what button to press and when. Nothing. So I try and fail to turn it off when I want it to stop doing what it's doing. Basic 'on' and 'off' switch would be great too, but hey, I'm asking about the moon, right? For God's sake, Cuisinart CLEARLY explains how to operate your machine in the OWNER'S MANUAL! Mama Mia, help your cooks!
