I like that this service allows me to have my IT department here at home, instead of having them sit idle while they're waiting for support from our main office overseas. They are also able to help us with other services as well such as hosting servers or even accounting software (Quickbooks). The only downside is sometimes it can be hard to find someone available when needed. We use their remote desktop application which has been very helpful so far but we do plan on switching over to using Microsoft's Remote Desktop Services once those become more widely used by businesses in general. This way they will not need any special training since all users would already know how to connect remotely through RDP.
