I was looking for a quiet reminder to get up from work and exercise every 30 minutes. This product is him. Quietly flashing red light is ideal. So easy to use, very intuitive setup. I prefer written step-by-step instructions, but I figured out how it works after playing with it for a few minutes. You can re-set any amount of time to grab your attention. If you don't respond to the flashing light for a few seconds, it will start counting how many seconds it takes you to respond. I thought this was a fun and polite way to encourage you to reply in a timely manner. Fits in the palm of your hand, is very portable, but be careful not to touch the sensitive buttons or you'll lose your count, but it's easy to resume counting later if that happens. I am buying two more of these to have on hand for the future.
