This mouse only has one flaw, but it's pretty significant; it doesn't shut itself off or go to sleep like some comparable alternatives. Noticed this after about an hour of use and was diligent about flipping the on/off to off at the end of each use but you don't have to worry about that at all with others. When I did eventually forget to turn if off, I noted that the 2 AAA batteries lasted about 2 days so the power consumption isn't bad. I'll keep this one instead of returning it but advise against buying.
