We use these for our little foster kittens and new moms. The top zip closure keeps kittens secure inside and provides access for changing litter, cleaning and changing food. and drink quickly and easily. We now have several different sizes to suit litter sizes and kitten sizes. We also use them for kitten clinics when we need to take kittens to vet appointments. Quick and easy set up and packaging allows us to let kitties run and have access to litter and water while they wait their turn. We have used them at adoption events to make our kittens feel safer, have a place to play and be easily seen by potential owners. They are strong and usually keep most kittens indoors. The few escape artists we had are easily stopped by a simple zip tie holding the zips closed - all zips are double sided. With 2 doors we will also be better. Access to the kittens and anything inside that we need to get hold of. Although they wear out - kittens are bullies - they are very hardy. Folding can be a bit tricky, so we've kept a copy of the instructions handy. Cleaning is easy for the most part. The larger the arena, the more difficult it is to reach it. So be sure to get one with a zip at the bottom and bottom to make cleaning even easier. We take them outside and then spray and clean them. They clean quickly and spray well after Rescue etc to kill any remaining germs and you're good to go. The bottom is NOT waterproof. They stop small spills but don't tip the entire water bowl over. It's more of a leak than a leak. Anything and everything is a MUST to save a kitten.
