These 2 pound pans are the perfect size for freezing food or leftovers and then reheating them in the HotLogic Mini Oven. I also use the smaller pans (1lb) alongside the HotLogic Mini and they are perfect for both. The pans are quite light but work well both in the freezer and for reheating. The 2 pound pans are great for freezing a main meal for two or making a full dinner with a side for one. I have frozen foods and after 5 months they were holding up well with no freezer burn. When I combine these pans with the HotLogic Mini, I can use up leftovers better and eat healthier overall.
