I admire the design of Joseph Joseph's products but this set lacks the utility. Jaws and sieve are useless without a handle. For baking you need at least a 6 cup bowl for dry ingredients and a larger bowl for wet ingredients, in this set the blue bowl is too small and the green bowl is too big. Even though nest bowls are suitable for small kitchens, they warp after a cycle in the dishwasher, so that they cannot be reassembled after a single use. Sieve and add to a medium bowl. My advice to potential buyers: skip this set and buy parts separately, it will be more profitable.
