This item looks normal. Installation was pretty easy, but there was a pretty noticeable stain in one corner that I was hoping would go away, but it's still there. I've installed many screen protectors on phones, sat navs, etc just so I know I did it right. The lateral clearance is also slightly larger than expected, but that doesn't bother us. One last thing to note: I recommend putting this on a new screen. My car is less than a year old and there are very small scratches on the screen that are barely noticeable, but this product brings them out and makes them more visible. Just thought I'd point that out.
