I have a secure RFID badge to access my workplace. I put it on the page of my passport and it read it without hesitation (literally as fast as if I had scanned my ID myself). Just in case, I bought and tested a $10 Travelon RFID Blocking Passport Wallet from Target, which actually worked — it couldn't read my ID on either side. If you just need a decent passport wallet then this will do, but if you're specifically looking for RFID blocking you can skip this one.
