Beautiful dress for girls. So many compliments. We were asked if it was made to order. The skirt is more relaxed and less fluffy than in the photo. It's made of 2 layers of soft tulle over a satin petticoat and they hang and move beautifully. It was a bit small - my 5 year old in a size 6 dress matched a size 7-8 dress perfectly. The material doesn't stretch and she still has a bump - this dress was form fitting but not too tight in the middle.
