Great product/easy implementation and terrific customer service
I love how easy it was to learn in about 15 minutes when we went live with vetter! The support team has been fantastic as well - they are always willing to answer questions or help troubleshoot if you need more assistance than their training can provide! They have helped us make sure our billing system works perfectly for both clients AND doctors (and also made all of this easier so we didn't spend hours working out kinks!).
We were able to take over 100 medical records from paper files into one database which saved tons of time!
Pros
- I love how easy vetter was to learn and we were able to make the system we were working on in minutes and our clients and doctors love it as well it works and works perfectly!
Cons
- I have one or a few clients on paper files which are a few of the clients we were able to take over from paper to Vetter and I have to have a few of the paper
