This was great to use since we've had our original dehydrator for a long time, but it's much smaller and rounder and it took a long time to cook the beef jerky. This new one is a lot bigger and cooks a lot faster and loves the square shape and all the pans. Thanks very much ! If you're carrying larger items, we're sure to eventually get bigger or even buy a few items of that size to cook all at once. Thank you again for this wonderful product!
