Charger received but delayed installation in my RV. The return window closed before I could install and test the device. I could not get the device to charge after installation even after testing and retesting the installation. I still had no output from the charger even though the green light was on. Eventually I gave up and contacted Renogy CS and sent a video of my testing, setup and setup. They sent me an RMA. After receiving the device they tested it and told me it was working fine and I would have to pay for the return shipping to get it back. After much discussion, I agreed, but with the condition that if it doesn't work, I want a full refund of all costs associated with the device and shipping. The technicians agreed to review the video I submitted before giving permission. came back and noticed the dip switches were wrong. I didn't think it was true but I double checked and was still convinced they were correct according to the manual. Missing this moment, they agreed to return the device for free. I saw the ON indicator on the bottom of the DIP switches when I looked closely at them in good light. I set the switches exactly the opposite way, assuming they were on. After the changes, the device worked perfectly. When you buy a device, please make sure you have downloaded the latest manual from the website. It has been changed to reflect the location of the DIP switches and some other clarifications. It's still a bit vague about the trigger and low current input wiring, but a big improvement over the previous guide. However, mostly straight ahead. So far I'm happy and only deducting a star for the DIP switch confusion. However, I would give the support 5 stars for helping me.
