The pin comes in a cute box which is great for gift wrapping. The pin itself is bright and the shiny gold color looks great on dark fabrics. It's very detailed and beautiful. Crystals and enamel are of high quality. The chains are black and contrast quite nicely with the gold color. They tend to curl up, but I expected that. Straightening the limbs takes a few minutes after you attach the pin to the lapel. This is costume jewelry, so the tallow will eventually stain it. It's a safety pin, so it shouldn't make too much contact with the skin, and discoloration shouldn't be a problem much longer than if it were a ring or bracelet. The price seems high. The pin is good, but not worth €13 in my opinion.
