I love the heat resistance of these utensils; and I love that I can use them safely, in my non-stick pots and pans. However, I was very disappointed that the wooden handle on one of the utensils split, with the first week of use. I am very pleased that Ebay quickly replaced the entire set. I use these utensils daily, in my home, and I love them. NOTE: As stated on the package, these utensils are NOT dishwasher-proof, which is not an issue for me, because I am "old school," and do not use or own a dishwasher. The package also warns against submerging the wooden handles in water, for extended periods. Also, not an issue for me, because I clean as I cook.
