Excellent customer service. And overall a great company. But this product is not a top-of-the-line commercial vacuum cleaner. I bought 5 vacuum cleaners and after using 2 fully charged on several contracts you notice that the vacuum cleaner design has significant flaws. After about 10 minutes of intensive use in the office, dust and hair will clog the main filter and suction power will drop by 85%. You literally have to drain the canister of all dust, take out the air cylinder air filter and tap the outside to shake out all the dust to get it working again. You need to do this about every 10-15 minutes of office cleaning or you won't have suction. And when you try to rush and finish your work, that disruption is devastating to your success. Get the ProTeam 6qt backpack and save yourself the hassle. Sure, the ProTeam is a bit heavier, but it's worth the sacrifice of wasted time.
