Actually non-stick best in my review
I used these over the weekend to blind-bake crust for mini-tarts. I decided not to grease the molds and the crust shells came right off. Granted, I used inverted puff pastry dough which is quite butter, but I was still impressed.The molds are not the sturdiest but they're definitely not as thin and flexible as disposable pans are.***I PURCHASED THESE AT A DISCOUNT IN EXCHANGE FOR MY HONEST AND UNBIASED REVIEW***
