I have four grandchildren aged 15, 12, 4 and 2. For older children, when they were little, I bought an inflatable boat. I recently bought this for younger children. I have never been disappointed. In both cases, the bouncy castles kept the kids entertained for hours and won me over. Easy to set up and take down, the boys participate in the construction by driving the pegs into the grass. It doesn't cost $3,000 like the ones you can rent. They are good for 3-4 year olds depending on how rough your kids play. In my opinion it's worth the money to have an inflatable playground for the grandkids to use when they visit and it doesn't harm the lawn.
