My primary devices are an iPhone 6s and a samsung S7. They avoid making eye contact and subtly convey the message that they are uninterested. The phone is not worth the money, it is not even close to being considered a premium product, and after speaking with the ASC, Samsung is no longer an option for me at all. It appears that it is a higher priority for them to repair vacuum cleaners that cost 5,000 dollars than it is for them to repair devices that are marketed by the company as "premium."
