I have bought these twice now and they are exactly what you are hoping for. They are basically identical to what you get at Starbucks. I've noticed some people mention cracks appearing on the tips. I find it funny when people say that, because sometimes when I buy Starbucks (if I have to), I also notice these cracks. Apparently they don't drink as much coffee as they claim :) The reason for this is environmental reasons. Yes, thanks to the environmentalist for these little accidental inconveniences. They are biodegradable and easier to recycle. In fact, Starbucks recently made changes to its cups and lids to make them more environmentally friendly. Well, I've seen it with them very rarely, but only if I charge them up before leaving the house. It's great, believe me, otherwise I wouldn't be a regular customer. They came in two boxes like the last time I ordered them. I was wondering why I have extra sleeves and bodice, and then I realized that sometimes the woman uses only cups with no bodice or sleeves and sometimes with two cups. I'll bet some complaints about the lack of a piece, just like that. Pros: Great mugs, home made Starbucks without a ridiculous price. The tops are nice and tight, they don't leak. Disadvantages: none. If I had to say one thing about potential spills, it's make sure when you put the lid on that you're careful that the spout isn't on the crease of the mug where the mug seam is. I always make sure they are on opposite sides to avoid possible leakage, but I've never had such leakage. Only once and that was because after the third fill I put on the same cap and by then the cap had gone bad and I had jumped. If you heat the mug in the microwave, you'll also crack the lid. Do not do that.
