Too thick, hard and not worth the money

This mouthguard is of very cheap quality and very thick. For the price there are many other brands that are better quality. I don't usually write reviews. I've given this mouthguard more than enough time to settle in and it continues to cause tongue and mouth ulcers due to its rough texture and imperfect shape.
