We’ve been absolutely infected with flies this summer at the new house we bought in January. Hundreds of thousands of flies. More than I’ve ever seen in my life.Our dogs prefer to be outside during the day. If we keep them in they whine at the door. We keep our dog run very clean but even the area a dog poop was before it was picked up just attracts hundreds of flies. Our dogs themselves were being attacked.This stuff helps, it does. It doesn’t last long. Especially when it’s hot it seems to burn off and you really seem to need to spray multiple times a day. You also have to spray EVERYTHING. It doesn’t seem to do much to repel them from a distance. They still land, they just don’t seem like the want to dwell for as long. This means if the area you don’t want them in isn’t covered in the stuff, they will still land near by.It does keep less flies on the dogs, which is important to us. You will go through A LOT of it. This is my second gallon order in a month.It’s better than nothing but definitely not a miracle cure.
