I read the reviews people said they don't stay closed. I was surprised when after receiving mine and everyone's review I also had a problem and it was more than 1/2 of my package. They're rubber so I thought I'd fix them instead of sending them back. I pocketed the curling iron and as it got hot I gently pressed the stunned against the iron so it melted the flat spot on the stunned (small bar). It worked great, I was able to fix them all. Companies need to look at quality control, I could understand a few, my package was more than 1/2.
