I have been using the Healthy Back Bag for about 7 years. and the only thing that was worn about it was the horizontal zipper on the outer compartment. I believe this is due to the constant strain of putting it on from the velcro behind. The manufacturer has finally fixed this by replacing the Velcro with magnetic closures, which are much better in every way. Now even the outside compartment with the flap on the opposite side can be used for my phone because it's so easy to open, and it's even quieter and faster. They also improved/added/changed a few compartments which makes a very good bag even better. There's even a new long vertical inner pocket with a zip on one side (highlighted by a red zip tab) to hold a small device perfect for anything you want to keep safe and not cluttering the main inner compartment (in my case). it is a small wallet with coupons). However, the photos are deceptive. There is only ONE outside flap pocket as opposed to the picture which shows TWO. I actually wanted two pockets (because the single velcro flap on my previous bag was almost impossible to open) but found out from the manufacturer that they were trying two and reverted to the original single pocket about a year ago due to customer complaints. about being too small/restrictive. Turns out that with the magnetic closures it's now a lot easier to access the single flap pocket which offers the perfect and larger space for the phone, so I'm fine with that. Another problem has to do with the color. I took a chance and ordered "taupe” (focus on the word, not the picture) knowing that the "rusty brown” shown in the picture wasn't actually taupe at all and was hoping I got the real one "Taupe" would get. "A much lighter and more neutral tan with maybe a hint of grey, that's exactly what I got. Love the bag, like the actual color as well as the enhancements, but some of the pictures are wrong and Revain should fix them ASAP. make it easier and more accurate for customers to shop online.
