The perfect dress for a busty miniature!
I love this dress! It didn't come with a waist belt/tie but it's adorable and the elastic is perfect. It looks better with the waistband sitting just below my (38DD) bust than at my waist. So much more flattering. The length is perfect, sits above the knees which is very difficult to find as I'm so short! my friend loves it! It's very flattering, sexy, comfortable and cute. I buy it in all colors!
