Use Teflon tape when installing the oil sensor, but ground the oil sensor body. (see below)

Used on 93 s10 since 4.3 v6. As I said, ground the oil sensor. tighten under the clamp, fit the sleeve to the other end and secure to the engine oil pan. No leaks and perfectly grounded. The system works great.
