Pros: Excellent power delivery option and decent hub. Cons: Doesn't work well for 1080p video with one or two monitors. When connected to two monitors, the mouse froze on both screens and also jerked. There was still a lag when connected to only one monitor. Returned product after docked webcam started dropping frames (in SD resolution) and flickering in the middle of video calls. The problem did not occur when plugged directly into my laptop. This also happened when the external monitor was detached from the dock. After a bad experience with a Wavlink router that only worked (also came back), I decided to discard this dock and return it. Both products either didn't work very well, or at the level I needed, or reliably.
