My printer was missing two rear corner blocks and screws for the vertical parts. The nuts for the bed screws were also missing, preventing them from turning when you tried to level the bed. I printed some spare parts on another printer to assemble it. The Creativity website does not have technical support. The return values in the printer firmware are also wrong. When you bring the machine home, it sets X to 310mm and Y to 310mm, but only 300mm of travel each, so trying to move the printhead 0.0 results in a crash and skipped steps. Although they use the open source Marlin 1.0 firmware, there are no published files that allow Marlin to be recompiled with the correct settings. The rest of the printer works fine and prints very well. Linear rails and controls work well. The printer is quiet and the 2208 drivers show little ringing or artifacting. Part cooling is decent for PLA. I haven't tried PETG printing yet. However, the assembly and setup instructions are pretty terrible. Especially the adjustment of the end stops Z. If set too high, the bed will cut into the nozzle even with the springs fully compressed. The end stops should be set to the lowest point of their adjustment range - it would be nice if this was stated in the instructions as they are quite difficult to reach once the bed is set up. Overall happy with the performance of the printer but definitely NOT for a beginner and NOT happy with missing parts for Christmas!
