I've been using this belt at work for a few weeks. Aesthetically it looks good. Good material for a belt, and the main thing is a clean, well-dressed look. Not too flashy, but not easy either. What bothered me about purchasing the strap was the new ratchet design, this is my first, and the reviews which I find difficult to remove. One review I saw said one man had so much trouble going to the bathroom and removing his belt that he ended up cutting it. As for me, I had to practice releasing the mechanism several times, and within a few days of starting to do this, I was slowly releasing the belt. Now I have no problems at all. I would recommend that you not only press on the flat to release the belt, but simultaneously slide the belt in the direction of tension. This will loosen the strap, after which it can be easily removed.
