Review on Reptrics by Edward Perez

I liked how easy it was to use and navigate through the system and find all of our user's interactions with us. It took quite some time for me to figure out all of their features as well. You can't go wrong! As far as my personal opinion goes, this software really helped my organization track down issues we were having in regards to our website. We also used this program as a tool to improve our online presence. The ability to create surveys in minutes which makes it easy for our customers to provide us with their thoughts about products or services we offer them! Also very good reporting tools are available through this software!! I would like to see some improvement of the UI/UX design as well but overall i am happy with how things have been going so far. We use reptriics for product research & survey generation within my organization (a small business).
