Your device falls out. I used this for my USB charger and it worked, but if you even looked at it funny it fell out. Your best bet is to get an extension cord to plug it in and then plug it into an extension cord. The kind you use for Christmas lights, there's no weight pulling directly down. It worked, but it was more of an annoyance than worth either getting a better one or using an extension cord.
