Comes off the clasp too easily

Easy resizing with kit but mine fell apart twice trying to carry something on my arms. Anything that twisted the strap a bit caused the spring bar that attaches to the clasp to fall out. I've always been able to find it, but I don't want to lose my Fitbit and I'm tired of fixing it.
