I used to build a few desktops myself. I remember I used to have an AMD but it seemed to get very hot and had one Other Minor issues, so I'm happy to stay with Intel. But this is the first time Intel CPU caused temperature issues. As per other people's recommendation, I replaced the stock fan with a $60 third-party fan. After replacing the CPU -fan , there was a temperature problem, the CPU frequency is more stable at lower temperatures and works very fast.
