Disappointed with the quality

This product must have expired. I opened it and the brush was full of mascara. It was thick and sticky. The seal on the packaging is not broken, so it is not a used sample. I have ordered many times and the first time I was disappointed with the quality. Will be using another distributor and would highly recommend Fab Products to consider a stock rotation to avoid losing another customer.
