I put the batteries in and WHA-LAH. .

Inserted batteries and VAZ-LAH. It worked on my BluRay without programming. I just wish it had a BACKLIGHT button so I can see the buttons at night. But I put a thick rubber band on it at a certain point to feel where PLAY, REWIND, etc. are.
