Not as impressed as usual for NeatPack
This bag is just OK. I ordered the grey and it looks much more like light brown/taupe. The strap is a couple of shades lighter than the bag itself, and looks cheap. I couldn't find the "pen pocket". A padded shoulder piece would have been nice on the shoulder strap, as the email had indicated was included. (It isn't on the description on the Best Buy site though).I'm usually a fan of NeatPack items, but this one left me somewhat unimpressed.
