I bought a 30 inch wreath for about $15 with free prime shipping. It arrived quickly and in good condition. The wreath initially looked a lot less impressive than the product description would suggest. It reminded me of buying a new down pillow: it comes a little broken and requires a lot of shaping and fluffing to reach its maximum potential. In the end I was very happy with the result, but it definitely took some work to get it looking the way I wanted. Here's what I did to prepare it for the embellishment: 1) I started by straightening all the ends and leading them away from the center (see photo #1). 2) Then I twisted the ends (see photo #2). I did this by fluffing up each tip and adding a little curl at the end. I carefully shaped each branch as I traversed it. This added more volume and texture and also hid any exposed wires or bald spots. Tip: Use fewer curls on the outside of the ends as this minimizes the loss of width. 3) After each end was twisted, I straightened them out again, but not completely. This fluffed him up a lot (see photo #3). 4) Finally, to make the wreath more voluminous, I reinforced the swivels in some places. I did this last because at that point I could see which areas were slimmer and which could offer more texture. To a certain extent, you have to choose between volume and width. When I was done, it became very easy for me to decorate. The volume allows you to hide all the pipe cleaners I used to attach a lot of ribbons and fake pointe shoes. I was able to wrap the transparent and satin ribbons around the diameter and tie them to the back wire with no visible knots. Overall a quality wreath, especially for the price. I suspect it will last for many years if stored properly. Now the million dollar question: Does the wreath really look exactly like the product image? Not really. The picture shows a tiny center. It really doesn't have enough volume to achieve this effect without creating sparse spots (at least not with the wreath I received). However, I personally don't like this look as I prefer the larger diameter hollow hole in the center, so that wasn't a problem for me.
