When it rains, green paint flows out, after 3 months the leaves turn black

I really like this wreath. It looks beautiful and it was the perfect addition to my door. However, when it rains, my entire door sill is spattered with green paint. It has rained four or five times since I hung it up and each time I have to go outside and wipe down the door and sill so there are no stains on it :(Update: after not sleeping for about three months these started Leaves starting to mold and blacken. This hasn't happened to any other wreath I've had. I'm disappointed because it looked nice at first glance. I wouldn't recommend it.
