They were easy to install on my boat. They say they are waterproof but I don't know if I believe that. About a month after installation I went out and the interior light on the switch didn't come on when I flicked the switch. Turns out the switch still works, but I had to check to make sure the light was actually on and not see the switch light up. Otherwise the value is good and the switches are small. Oh, you also need an accurate paddle to get it right. If you use the standard, this is the 16th size, but I forgot which one. You'll know because you'll think you can get away with a size 7/8 or so, but you need a size 16 in between.
