I'm temporarily living in a small apartment while our house is being built and I have nowhere to put a Dyson. So we got this and my husband put it together in about 10 minutes and it must have gone well as there was no explanation. He holds a Dyson very well. However, it is not so stable on carpet. You need a hard surface. The charger plugs into the outlet and connects very well. I like the space to hang accessories but wish there were 2 more spaces. At first, standing in front of the stand I had no idea how to store them and be able to find them when I needed them or trip over them if left unattended. The stand made sure of that. We didn't attach it to the wall. It's against a wall and is surprisingly stable for such a small area. If you have a Dyson, this accessory will be a great addition to your life.
