Review on Interact by Bobby Plymell
Excellent experience having used Interact for several months
I like that they have an excellent support team who are always willing to help even after hours! The tool is very intuitive which makes creating surveys or polls quick & simple. Sometimes there can be issues with formatting but this has been resolved quickly when contacted by their customer service department - usually within minutes of contacting them through live chat/email etc. We use interact as part our PPC campaign so we need something relatively user friendly in order to get people engaged enough to click-through from Google adsense (which typically only gets around 2 clicks per person). This lets us target specific questions about products / services being offered via Adwords campaigns - helping to improve conversion rates significantly compared to other tools available out there at similar price points.
- Ease, ease..EASY!! There's just no better way for me put it than easy :) It really seems almost silly how fast you're able do set up most types tasks once your log into account using interacts UI.it couldn't possibly work any quicker if designed specifically built solely dedicated towards simplicity itself =)
