High-quality assembly, but the software is completely unnecessary. The items that Logitech creates are of high quality, but the company's software is overly complicated and does not always function appropriately. The benefits of it include: Connects fast to devices. Long-lasting storage for the battery pack. Considerably weighty. It is quiet, yet there are places that are even quieter. Having these drawbacks: There is a configuration option for the F buttons to function as multimedia keys. When you turn it off or on, it resets (in the keyboard), but when you start the program, the settings for this function are not sucked in. It works by default, and if you require a row of F buttons, then you need to activate the flag in the software. The absence of backlighting for the keys is not a huge detriment, therefore I cannot ascribe this to that.
