Review on 🐾 Highly Efficient Air Purifiers with Advanced Ferris 360 True HEPA Filter for Pet Dander, Smoke, and Dust by Carla Anderson

I have a black one and it's been great for a few months so I decided to buy a white one for my spare room. The first arrived three days later and had plastic splinters inside which were visible when the filter was taken out to remove the plastic cover. The engine hummed and made a loud noise during operation. Sent replacement, got replacement today. The same problem with the engine and noise. Various pieces of plastic fell out. That's absurd. Where is the quality control? The two photos show the plastic bits for each. I sent this one back and found another manufacturer! Update 10/11/21: The seller (HomeDevice) contacted me tonight and offered to send me another air purifier as he was concerned about my bad experience. It was a very generous offer and I appreciate your concern and diligence in trying to make things right. I've already bought another undefeated model that's coming out later this week. So let them know I think I'm ready for the air purifiers at this point. Many thanks to the seller (Home Device) for such a fast connection. Turned my whole experience upside down.
