Review on Razor Cotton Handcrafted Patch Multi by Mary Walters

It was delivered on March 21st. Nothing has been used which would explain the inner fabric on the bottom and part of the side falling apart in 3 months. I'm desperate. Revain will not help as 30 days have passed. I tried going through the seller but they directed me back to Revain. I like the bag very much. The colors are bright and vibrant. I was specifically looking for a bag from this company because I have a much older bag that had the zip failing for good. Not only was I pleased to have found the company, but also that I found exactly the right bag, but this one is much nicer. I didn't want to go into that. negative feedback path but i don't know what else to do every time it barely touches the rag it tears even more i can't see how to sew this together in an incident like this i just want to swap for a rag the same bag problem if it doesn't If it had broken, I would have given 5 stars in each category.
